Every dollar you spend on lash extensions, lash adhesives, lash primers, and other professional lash supplies earns you loyalty points. Points are automatically added to your account after each purchase of lash products.
All professional lash extension products qualify, including classic lashes, volume lashes, hybrid lashes, lash adhesives, lash primers, lash removers, and lash application tools. Loyalty points apply to both individual lash products and bulk lash orders.
You earn 2 loyalty point for every dollar spent on qualifying lash extension products and supplies. Higher-value lash orders and bulk purchases accumulate points faster, helping you reach redemption thresholds quicker.
Any customer with an account on our website can join the Lash Loyalty Program for free. Simply log into your account and opt-in to the program. There are no membership fees, eligibility requirements, or hidden costs—it's our way of rewarding your loyalty!

If you rejoin after leaving, you'll start with a fresh account and zero points. Any points you had before leaving are not restored. However, all future purchases will earn points again from the moment you rejoin.
You can leave the loyalty program anytime by visiting your account settings and selecting 'Leave Program.' Please note that any unused points will be forfeited when you leave. You can rejoin the program at any time if you change your mind.
Yes! Once you've redeemed your points for a discount code, you can apply it at checkout just like any other promotional code. Simply enter the code in the discount field before completing your purchase to receive your reward.
Points are only awarded for qualifying purchases of lash extension products and supplies. If you completed a different type of activity or purchased non-qualifying items, points won't be earned. Ensure you're purchasing from our eligible product categories. If you believe this is an error, contact our support team.
Your point balance may decrease if you've redeemed points for a reward, or if a referral was cancelled. Points are also removed if an order containing qualifying products is refunded. Check your transaction history in the Loyalty section to see details about any balance changes.
If a customer you referred cancels their order, the referral status will change to 'Cancelled' and any bonus points you earned from that referral will be removed from your account. You'll only earn points for completed and confirmed orders.
Approved: Your referral has been verified and you've earned the bonus points. Pending: Your referral is being reviewed and points will be awarded once confirmed. Cancelled: The referral was not completed or the customer cancelled their order, so no points were earned for this referral.
There is no maximum limit to the number of loyalty points you can earn. Continue purchasing and accumulating points indefinitely. The more you spend on qualifying lash products, the more points you'll earn toward valuable rewards.
Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for discounts on future purchases. Visit the Loyalty section in your account, select the reward you'd like to claim, and apply the discount code at checkout. Redemption is instant and can be used on your next order.
You can view your current loyalty point balance anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Loyalty section in your dashboard. Your balance updates in real-time after each qualifying purchase.
